Online Bonus Saver
Earn bonus interest every month you don’t make a withdrawal.
- Start saving with just £100. That's all you need to open an account, to a maximum of £2,000,000. Please note that accounts are limited to one per customer
- Get a higher rate on balances more than £10,000. If you have lower than £10,000 in your account, we pay a lower interest rate on the amount above that.
- Bonus interest, calculated daily. When you qualify for a bonus interest payment, it’s calculated on the daily balance and paid monthly.
- Manage your account online. As the name suggests, this account is ‘online only’. That means you can access your funds anytime you need them and all your interactions with this account will be online.
To be eligible for the Online Bonus Saver account you need to be:
- an existing customer
- aged 16 or over
- able to operate the account solely online throught online banking
Rates effective until 16 June 2020
0.40% AER / gross
interest for the months you don’t make a withdrawal (0.20% AER/gross on balances over £10,000).
0.10% AER / gross
for any calendar month during which you make a withdrawal
Rates effective from 1 July 2020

To open any of our account, a new customer will need to provide us with documents and information. We may request additional information or documents in individual cases.
